VOLUNTEER PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy is presented in compliance with the Law No. 29733 and its Regulations Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.

Asociación Fe y Alegría (“Fe y Alegría“), with residence in Jr. Cahuide No. 884, Jesús María, Lima, with  RUC No. 20145915326, is the owner of the “VOLUNTEER PROGRAM” (“VOLUNTARIADO”) data bank, where it will collect your data physically through this virtual form, with the purpose of managing and keeping up-to-date information of people with the intention of volunteering, in order to provide information about our activities, volunteer selection process, volunteer value proposition, as well as benefits and social programs that impact the educational community. The personal data requested is necessary to process your registration as a volunteer; in the case that you do not desire to provide it, you cannot complete your registration.

Personal data will be held for an indefinite period of time, until you request cancellation, which will be treated with absolute confidentiality. The treatment of your  image is subject to separate consent.

Once registered as a volunteer,  Fe y Alegría will transfer your data to directly related organizations, non-governmental organizations, and religious entities and educational institutions with whom volunteer actions are directly coordinated. The use of the platform Google Forms, from Google LLC, located in the United States of America with Employer Identification Number #770493581, constitutes an international transfer. The non-automated transaction occurs in the offices of the organization.

Fe y Alegría adopts diligent legal, technical, and organizational security measures, appropriate and in accordance with the category of data that is stored, to avoid the loss, misuse, altercation, non-authorized access, and/or theft of personal data.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO) to the processing of your personal data, or request additional information about the processing of your personal data by writing to voluntariado@feyalegria.org.pe. You have the right to file a complaint with the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data) if you believe this matter has not been attended to in a timely manner.

VOLUNTARIOS

La presente Política de Privacidad se presenta en cumplimiento de la Ley No. 29733 y su Reglamento Decreto Supremo No. 003-2013-JUS.

 Asociación Fe y Alegría (“Fe y Alegría“), con domicilio en Jr. Cahuide No. 884, Jesús María, Lima, con RUC No. 20145915326, es titular del banco de datos “VOLUNTARIADO”, en donde recopilará sus datos de forma física o través del presente formulario virtual, con la finalidad de gestionar y mantener actualizada la información de personas con intención de realizar voluntariados, con la finalidad de transmitirles información de nuestras actividades, proceso de selección de voluntario, propuesta de valor del voluntariado, beneficios y programas sociales con impacto en la comunidad educativa. Los datos personales solicitados son necesarios para procesar su registro como voluntario; en caso que no desee proporcionarlos, no podrá completar su registro.

Los datos personales se almacenarán por un plazo indeterminado, hasta que usted solicite la cancelación y serán tratados con absoluta confidencialidad. El tratamiento de su imagen está sujeto a un consentimiento separado.

Una vez registrado como voluntario, Fe y Alegría transferirá sus datos a organizaciones directamente relacionadas, Organismos No Gubernamentales , entidades religiosas e instituciones educativas, con quienes se coordina directamente las acciones de voluntariado. El uso de la plataforma Google Forms, de Google LLC, ubicada en Estados Unidos de América con Employer Identification Number No. 770493581, constituye una transferencia internacional. El tratamiento no automatizado se desarrolla en las oficinas de la asociación.

Fe y Alegría adopta diligentes medidas de seguridad legales, técnicas y organizativas, apropiadas y acorde con la categoría de datos que se almacenan, para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y/o robo de los datos personales.

Puede ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición (ARCO) al tratamiento de sus datos personales, o solicitar mayor información sobre el tratamiento de sus datos personales escribiendo a voluntariado@feyalegria.org.pe. Usted tiene derecho a iniciar un reclamo ante la Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales si considera que no ha sido atendido oportunamente.
